“Boulder Opal Country” FF388 is a distinguished 2021 opal sculpture that celebrates the vivid brilliance and natural drama of Australian boulder opal. Measuring 8 cm × 16 cm × 4.5 cm, the piece commands attention with its refined proportions and dynamic surface detail. Set on a beautifully crafted Australian Beefwood timber stand, the sculpture is framed by warm, textured grain that enhances the opal’s radiant play of colour.

"Kickatinalong Nuts 3"

 “Kickatinalong Nuts 3” FF386 is an exceptional two‑piece sculpture carved from premium Koroit opal, a material celebrated for its intricate natural patterning and rich interplay of colour. The individual components—measuring (a) 1 cm × 5 cm × 5.5 cm and (b) 2 cm × 6 cm × 4.5 cm—have been meticulously shaped by hand, revealing the stone’s distinctive veining, earthy tonal shifts, and subtle flashes of embedded colour.

Presented on a finely crafted Gidgee timber stand, the work achieves a harmonious balance between the opal’s organic complexity and the timber’s deep, warm grain.  We've returned to the vast, sun soaked outback for this years opal season - renewed, inspired, and ready to breathe life into a new collection of hand-carved Opal Sculptures.
